FAQ: downloads and printing
Everything in the shop is a digital file. Nothing is mailed.
How do I get my files?
After checkout you get a receipt with download links, and the files are added to your downloads library. Sign in at any time with the email you used at checkout; we send a sign-in link, no password needed.
The links in my email expired
Email links last 24 hours for safety. Your library always has fresh links: open My downloads from the footer and sign in.
What format are the files?
PDF, sized for US Letter unless the product says otherwise. Song charts include a words-and-pictures version and a words-only version.
How should I print them?
Any home printer works. For song charts and posters, cardstock holds up better in a Primary closet. Copy shops such as Staples can print large sizes from the same PDF.
Can I print for my whole class or ward?
Yes. A purchase lets you print as many copies as you need for the class, ward or family you teach. Please do not share the files themselves or sell prints. See Refunds and license for the details.
Can I get a refund?
Because files cannot be returned, purchases are final once downloaded. If a file is wrong or will not open, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
